On the afternoon of June 6, 2026 local time, the finals of the 16th China Children’s Little Golden Bell Music Competition and the 13th China Children’s Little Golden Bell Dance Competition (Toronto Overseas Division), alongside the Season 3 finals of the popular talent showMasters & Talents (Toronto Stop), grandly opened in Richmond Hill. The entire event was officially title-sponsored by Respon Wealth Management Corp..

A total of 39 individual and group contestants competed on the stage at the prestigious event. Young overseas participants showcased their artistic talents through melodious music and graceful dance performances, presenting vibrant youthful vitality and adding a splendid touch to cultural and artistic exchanges between China and Canada.

Hosted by the Canadian Commerce and Culture Association (CCCCA) and co-organized by the Canadian Youth Foundation (CYFA) and Botrich International, the event gathered political dignitaries, industry experts, media representatives, young contestants and their parents, who jointly enjoyed this high-standard children’s art gala.

Authorized by the Organizing Committee Office of China Music Golden Bell Awards and hosted by Guangdong Radio and Television, the China Children’s Little Golden Bell Competition is a top-tier domestic children’s art event. Founded in 2010, the competition has a glorious 16-year history. Covering numerous countries and regions worldwide, it has grown into a vital platform for discovering young artistic talents and promoting Chinese culture globally.
Integrating the 13th Little Golden Bell Dance Competition and the Season 3 Masters & Talents program, this year’s Toronto Finals were open to young talents of all ethnic groups aged 3 to 17. Featuring three major competition categories including instrumental music, vocal music and dance, the event attracted enthusiastic entries from art enthusiasts across the Greater Toronto Area and throughout Canada. After rigorous preliminary selections, 39 outstanding contestants stood out and advanced to the final stage. Gold award winners of each category will represent Canada to participate in the global finals to be held in Guangzhou, China in early August. Exceptional contestants from Masters & Talents will also earn a valuable opportunity to join program recording in Changsha, Hunan Province.
The event consisted of two major segments. In the afternoon, the press conference for the CCCA Canada-China Innovative Trade Exchange Delegation kicked off the day’s activities. The conference elaborated on the development journey of CCCA and its upcoming China-Canada business exchange itinerary from late July to early August. The delegation will visit Guangzhou, Changsha, Nanchang and other cities to deepen bilateral cooperation between China and Canada in economy, trade, technology and culture.
